We are looking for a strong and experienced Team Manager within Mental Health team to manage the day to day running of the mental health community team
What we are looking for:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to support and develop a team
- You will have previous experience in a Mental Health
- Experience of managing a team, risk assessments, supervision, 1-1's
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding role
- Hours based on 37 per week
- The role requires a level of flexibility with regards to working hours to meet the needs of the business.
