As the backbone of our operations, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our recruitment team, including handling queries and formatting CVs.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database system, ensuring the integrity and security of all data.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring interactions.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters to attract clients and candidates.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities, ensuring smooth logistics and attendee satisfaction.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or similar professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitasking and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and friendly manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with database management systems.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in creating and managing content.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the team.
