Finance Administrator

Three Bridges Recruitment are working with a large manufacturing company in Stirling. This organisation is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. This role would suit a problem solver with some finance or invoicing experience. The role will require a great deal of contact with stakeholders and other individuals within the business so five days on site is imperative.

Job

The role of Finance Administrator will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Processing front end invoices
  • System called Sheila
  • Raising many invoices a week (100-200 at a time)
  • Liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Work region to region on bespoke, changeable, tasks
  • Review delivery notes, check for errors, e.g. dates vs what is on system
  • Raise payments as requested by business managers
  • Set up contracts
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects

You

As a Finance Administrator, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Must have a good attitude to problem solving
  • Good communicator, able to raise issues
  • Ability to work with various internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
  • Ideally experience within a finance role
