Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
**Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced BI reports using Power BI and related tools.
- Deliver actionable insights to support operational efficiency and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity while supporting robust data governance.
- Provide training and support to teams on BI tools, fostering a self-service reporting culture.
- Contribute to business growth by participating in impactful data projects.
**About You
- Experience: 2+ years in a data analysis or BI role, with advanced Power BI skills.
- Expertise: Strong data visualisation and analytical abilities, with knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools being advantageous.
- Mindset: Passionate about data, commercially aware, and committed to staying ahead of industry trends.
