Our client are a dynamic, vibrant business based 20 minutes South of Oxford. They are currently seeking a Finance and Admin Assistant, with a minimum of 12 months experience, to manage the day-to-day financial tasks and support the management team with general administration.

Working as part of a friendly team, this is a flexible role offering a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in the office.

The role:

  • Invoicing
  • Expense tracking
  • Cash collection
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • General administration and office management support

The right person:

  • Minimum 1 year in a Financial role
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using QuickBooks would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
