Our client is a well established, reputable local business looking to recruit an Administrator to join a busy and friendly team.
Full time role based in lovely offices with free parking on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders on behalf of customers
- Working with internal systems to confirm orders
- Producing reports
- Working with Amazon and other sellers on their ecommerce platforms listing products for purchase
- Interacting with both external and internal customers in a timely and effective way in order to provide exceptional customer service
- Updating internal systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a process driven role
- Experience processing ecommerce orders
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages and email
