RM Recruit are working with a North Staffordshire organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for their team. Providing support for 3 large divisions, the purpose of this role is the provision tools, analysis and insight to the business, challenging thinking within the 3 divisions and assisting them to make informed decisions whilst driving the business strategy, maximising savings and minimising risk exposure.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Reviewing and reconciling nominal accounts and adjusting month end accruals if required
- Monthly engagement with stakeholders and reporting regarding departmental performance
- Leading on the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Provide detailed analysis and insights
- Facilitating the understanding of financial performance against budgets
- Ensuring financial compliance and risk management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align financial and operational goals
- Assisting in the delivery of key projects and initiatives
- Supporting the financial planning and analysis processes
Our client is seeking a Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant who can demonstrate commercial finance experience in a large and complex organisation. Prior client facing experience is a must, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
This role will have hybrid working in place with 1-2 days per week require onsite and an initial 6 month assignment is on offer.
