Description
- Assist with managing tenant queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Update and maintain accurate tenant records and housing databases.
- Support the team in preparing reports and documentation related to housing services.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely property maintenance.
- Assist in organising tenant communication, such as letters and notices.
- Provide administrative support to the housing team as required.
- Ensure compliance with housing policies and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the overall smooth running of the housing office.
Profile
A successful Housing Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in the not-for-profit or housing sector.
- Minute taking experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with housing policies or willingness to learn.
Job Offer
