Accounts Assistant

This fast-paced nationally recognised healthcare business is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join its team on an interim basis. The business offer hybrid working and strong career opportunities. This company is a leader in its field and the team is led by a great Manager. This high-volume role will provide you with variety and a fast-paced exciting environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting move finance team during move onto a new finance system
  • Triaging finance queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing bank payments
  • Allocating payments and receipts
  • Purchase ledger data entry including invoices, coding to multiple sites, reconciling to supplier statements at month end
  • Ad-hoc duties

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Worked in a fast-paced finance environment essential
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good excel skills
  • Previously used Sage 200
