Your new role
As the Administrator Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and administration of servicing and engineers
- Works order planning and scheduling
- Administration of Payroll
- Administration of Health and Safety
- Purchasing and administration of Tooling
- Administration of Material certs and tooling invoices
- Administration of daily and weekly machine checklists
- Metric and meeting administration
- Purchasing and administration of stationery and PPE
- Preparation of Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Expediting orders at suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the position you will have the following experience and skills:
- Administration
- Planning of customer part and assemblies' requirements
- Stock control
- Computer literacy - spreadsheet knowledge essential.
- Excellent organisational skills
- To organise and manage own workload.
- Health and Safety Administration skills
- Good level of computer literacy
- Good knowledge and experience of working with Excel, Word, and Power BI.
- Mature and conscientious approach to work.
- Self-motivated but team working.
- Problem solving skills.
