Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team of existing DevOps professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and documenting Azure-hosted environments to ensure they provide robust, scalable, and cost-effective hosting solutions for our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
New Platform Creation and Recommendations:
- Design and develop new platform environments tailored to our needs.
- Provide strategic recommendations for platform enhancements and new technologies.
Platform Improvements and Deployments:
- Continuously improve existing platform infrastructure.
- Manage and execute deployment processes to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Technical Support and Guidance:
- Assist and guide the development team in making informed environment-related decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve environment issues in collaboration with the development team.
Technical Application Support and Escalation:
- Handle escalated technical application support tickets, providing expert resolution and ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Azure environment management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
