This is an exciting opportunity to join a sustainability consultancy who provide specialist services to various clients across the construction industry. They are looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team in Bristol.
Role responsibilities for a technical consultant:
- Produce Part L1a and Part L1B SAP calculations
- Carry out SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
- Use IES-VE software to carry out Part O assessments and overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments
- Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
The ideal Technical Consultant will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role within the built environment
- Experience with IES-VE software to carry out energy modelling and assessments
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations such as Part L
- It would be beneficial to have an OCDEA qualification or experience in delivering SAP calculations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
