Your Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Support students' emotional and social development, promoting confidence and independence
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs
- A commitment to helping young people achieve their full potential

To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
