Role: Sales Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus

Location: Doncaster, DN11

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading supplier of specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Doncaster, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in Sales Coordination ideally obtained from within a Manufacturing, Engineering or Technical based industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries, process quotations, and sales orders
  • Proactively identify and target new customers through outbound activity
  • Work closely with the external sales team, providing support and assistance
  • Utilise the internal CRM system and Sage accounts system for processing sales and purchases
  • Procure the best pricing for customers and the business
  • Update and communicate any amendments or changes to orders with customers
