PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED FOR QUALITY INDEPENDENT COMPANY
FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH A MARKET LEADER FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER
SALARY £25-28,000 DOE
Due to their huge success my client, an independent Estate Agents are looking for a Property Manager to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of 1 years + Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for hard working Property Manager who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:
- Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
- Arranging and completing all move-ins and check out procedures
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Booking and maintaining a record of accurate safety checks including gas, EPC, and electrical
- Booking property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Liaising with utility companies
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
- Service of notices, S21 and S8
- General administration
The individual will have:
- Experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
- Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Professional approach and appearance
- Full driving licence & car
Working days are Monday to Friday 08.45am - 6pm.
