**Day to day duties:
- Track opportunities and projects using industry portals.
- Log and schedule enquiries on the tender log.
- Identify new and future opportunities to enhance business growth.
- Develop relationships with new clients to receive enquiries and be placed on tender lists.
- Assist with the management of marketing activities and social media presence.
- Contribute to the content and updates of the company website.
- Log and track enquiries to submission in coordination with the estimating team.
- Stay informed about industry developments and projects.
- Aim to achieve placement of the company on major client tender databases.
- Work in line with the company's management system, policies, and procedures.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales track record, preferably in the construction sector.
- Understanding of construction procurement processes.
- Confident and positive telephone manner.
- Good IT knowledge, including proficiency in relevant software.
- Marketing knowledge with experience in managing social media and online content.
- Inquisitive and tenacious approach to business development.
- Solid understanding of branding principles.
- Some construction industry-related experience is highly desirable.
