Job Title: Private Client Locum

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Private Client Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in Merseyside for a 3 month period with the strong possibility of an extension.
The client is looking for someone to attend the office for 3 days per week, with no option for remote or hybrid working.
Duties
- Managing an existing caseload of private client matters
- Covering any new instructions
- Making applications to the probate registry
- Dealing with all aspects of the administration of estates, with minimal supervision
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney
The successful candidate will be able to handle probate and estate administration.
Hourly rate: DOE
