Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Responsibilities:
As a Client Care Consultant you will play a crucial role in the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive concise and thorough updates continuously.
- Delivering regular market updates and property performance reports.
- Liaising between buyers, solicitors and sellers on a daily basis.
- Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Booking and hosting viewings.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.
Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A driven and target-focused attitude to work.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A high level of organisation and independence.
Estate Agent Sales Progressor - What's on Offer?:
- £22,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary.
- £30,000+ On Target Earnings (Uncapped Commission!).
