Senior Transfer Pricing contract

Varied and challenging role to join a global group going through a period of significant growth, with multi €bn+ capital investment planned across its four main jurisdictions (UK, NL, DE and US) in the next 10 years. At the same time, business processes, people structures and IT infrastructure are being updated to support the growing business. A Transfer Pricing Manager is required during this period of change (12-18 month fixed term contract) to bring TP documentation up to date and in line with best practice standards, design and embed intercompany processes for the evolving organisation, and advise on the pricing of new transactions. By mapping out the Group's intercompany transactions, the Transfer Pricing Manager will be positioned to advise on pricing risks and opportunities.

TP Compliance

  • Map all intercompany transactions to identify and mitigate documentation gaps.
  • Complete Master File for the Group and Local Files in key jurisdictions (UK, NL, DE, US).
  • Update compliance documentation to latest local and international standards.
  • Prepare contemporaneous documentation for new transactions.
  • Prepare other compliance reports and documentation as needed, for example US APA compliance report, intercompany agreements etc.

TP Processes

  • Review and develop existing intercompany recharge processes to increase consistency and transparency while reducing manual workload.
  • Support Transfer Pricing aspects of SAP upgrade programme to optimise and test system design.
  • Identify opportunities to align processes between sites and service lines.

TP advisory

  • Identify risks and opportunities associated with existing intercompany flows, developing and implementing appropriate strategies to manage them.
  • Provide TP advice on transactions and business change including intercompany inventory transactions, organisational structure changes, people moves, new business opportunities, internal financing etc.
  • Support APA and MAP processes.
  • Support other tax and/or business projects as appropriate.
