This is a large retail organisation based in Solihull. The company is well-established, having a wide reach with numerous retail stores across the UK. It operates within the Leisure Products industry and is renowned for its quality products and exceptional customer service.

Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the CRM platform.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of CRM strategies.
  • Monitor customer experience and consumer journey, making necessary improvements.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Generate insightful reports to inform future CRM strategies.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations.
  • Identify new opportunities to engage customers through the CRM platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the retail industry and competitors' CRM strategies.

Profile

A successful CRM Executive should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 1 years experience of CRM/email marketing as part of wider marketing role
  • Excellent understanding of CRM principles and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Ability to attend the office in Solihull 3 days a week
