Salary and Benefits:
- Salary up to £29,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales and product support to customer by accurately processing and responding to daily enquiries from both customer and suppliers
- Create and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Accurately enter and process orders received through phone calls and emails,
- Prepare and manage daily quotations, including follow up activities, to drive business growth
- Maintain and update internal sale systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate
- Process sales orders efficiently and update IT system accurately
Desirable Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred but not essential)
