QHSE Manager

Day to Day of the role:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead health and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee environmental policies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainability.
- Conduct training programs to educate employees on QHSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform regular audits and inspections, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry regulations.
- Manage and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with all departments to integrate QHSE principles into business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a culture of safety and quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
