SALARY: £29,269 - £33,024 pro rata + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Performance Analystwith knowledge of performance management systems, experience of undertaking quantitative and qualitative research and analysing data.
Working as a Performance Analyst you will work in the Post 16, Adult Education and NEET team playing an integral role in supporting the Senior Analyst to provide high quality, statistical and qualitative performance information to enable effective service delivery for the most vulnerable young people at risk of NEET.
As the Performance Analyst you will assist in providing national bodies with statutory data returns and interpreting data and benchmarking to enable the service manager to plan effective services.
The role will include the provision for statistical analysis and the presentation of information as well as the quality assuring of the statutory and other data collections alongside the senior analyst.
DUTIES
Your duties as a Performance Analyst will include:
- Support the Adult Education Team and the NEET Prevention Team with providing high quality statistical and qualitative performance information
- Support provision of management information systems to meet the requirements of the service and external bodies
- Co-ordinate collection and reporting of relevant information
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports
- Interpret and present data for a range of stakeholders
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of performance management systems
- Experience of undertaking quantitative and qualitative research and analysing data
- Competent in use of IT and in particular of Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
