Premier Recruitment Group are recruiting for experienced and dedicated Conveyancing Fee Earners or Solicitors to join a prestigious conveyancing law firm with offices in Dartford and Maidstone. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
- Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conducting property searches and handling Land Registry applications.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor within the conveyancing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
