Independent chain seeking a Pharmacy Manager to take lead of new branch opening in the summer!
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be at the forefront of the pharmacy operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services. You will lead and inspire a team of professionals, maintaining high standards of patient care, compliance, and customer service.
Key Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide expert advice and support to patients, ensuring their health and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including safe and secure handling of medications.
- Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively to optimize stock levels.

- Salary between £58,000-60,000 p/a.
- Working hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm and Saturdays, 9am-12pm.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Ideally have previous experience in a managerial role.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying within GPHC guidelines.
