Fabulous opportunity for an experienced IT support person to join a dynamic forward thinking legal practice with offices in Kent and London!
Working within a motivated team the role will involve but not be limited to:
- Offering 1st and 2nd line support to end users
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Assisting with set up of equipment
- Performing routine maintenance checks
- Ensuring security and compliance of systems
- Staff training
- Creating and maintaining user guides
- Liaising with 3rd parties
- Projects
- Other duties as required
The right person for this role will have at least 2 years' experience within IT support, ideally within a professional/legal environment, be pro-active and an excellent communicator.
