The Company
We are proud to partner with a well-established retail business to recruit a Finance Team Leader; this is a great opportunity to join a growing team at their Watford office.
The Role
As the Finance Team Leader, you will take responsibility for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring the efficient management of the entire financial processing cycle using the company's ERP system. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely monthly management reports, and overseeing all finance operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
The Candidate
With proven experience in an SME environment, you will be "hands-on", adaptable, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will bring a solid foundation in accounting and finance, with strong communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across teams. A good understanding of ERP systems is highly beneficial, alongside advanced Excel proficiency.
