What you'll be doing:
- Managing end user access management and requests
- Support the tech team on integrating access management services
- Work with relevant teams about operation procedures
- Carrying out audit reviews and collation of evidence and documentation
- Identify service and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with controls and standards
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years working in a relevant role
- Confident working with Active Directory, Teams, and other Microsoft platforms
- Strong knowledge of ITAM principles
- Worked with ITAM applications
- ITIL v4 foundation
