£35k to £40k full-time, pro-rated if 3 days a week

Three days in the office in Bristol, two days remote (for the full time role)

Moxie and Mettle is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join a buzzing team based in Bristol.

This opportunity is with an international cosmetics brand that has been making waves for over 20 years. Since expanding to the UK and other international regions in 2016, they've provided high-quality cosmetics at accessible prices. With distribution in countries worldwide, they're growing fast and need someone like you to help them keep up the momentum.

So, what will you be doing in this varied role? You'll be the mastermind behind their social media strategy, developing and managing campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive engagement. Creating, curating, and managing content across all the major platforms—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok—you'll ensure everything is on point and on trend. You'll keep an eye on social media trends and metrics, optimising performance and driving growth, while also engaging with their online community and fostering positive relationships.

Staying up to date with the latest best practices and technologies will be key, as will managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

But that's not all! You'll also dive into the exciting world of influencers, researching and recruiting new faces for PR samplings, setting up contracts, managing deliverables and payments, and building lasting relationships. You'll source products for PR shipments and provide monthly influencer reports.

In the realm of ecommerce, you'll keep the website content fresh and enticing using Shopify, ensuring everything from banners to product launches is spot on. Your organisational skills will come in handy here, as you make sure new products are ready for their big debut.

To be successful in this role, you'll need proven experience as a social media executive, preferably in the beauty industry (but that's NOT essential, similar type consumer/FMCG would be fine).

You should have excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset is a must, as is experience with social media advertising and analytics tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong organisational and multitasking skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, social media or a related field is preferred, and a proven track record of success in a social media marketing role for at least 2+ years is essential.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, but this role offers a part-time option at 3 days a week. The salary is very competitive and depends on your experience. Plus, there are some fantastic benefits, including a pension scheme, staff discount on all products, and a generous annual leave allowance
