Our client is a global Commercial Finance lender specialising in offering flexible and tailored credit lines for SMEs. We have a fantastic opportunity to join them as their UK Managing Director where you will be responsible for managing the P&L and existing commercial team, whilst helping them grow their brand and presence within the UK market. You will be instrumental in leading the growth strategy and helping the business execute plans to increase market share and revenue.
We require a commercially focused individual who is an expert within the world of Commercial Finance and/or Commercial Banking, that is well connected and also has proven experience of managing teams at P&L level. We are looking for someone who lives within commuting distance of London.
Experience/skills required:
- In depth Commercial Lending and/or Commercial Banking knowledge within the UK market
- Well networked in the market
- P&L experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership, credibility and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Existing relationships within this market which will help drive growth
- Ability to travel as required
- Team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and pitch in where necessary
