Job Title: Customer Service (inbound adviser)
Location: Gateshead, Ne10
Hours: 40 hours a week | Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, some weekend working, shift rotas. Very flexible with working hours if you give the client notice to work certain shifts.
- Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online. Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers. Build relationships with customers. Assist customers in making decisions.
- Good with online portals and systems.
- Keen, driven and proactive.
