Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and health and safety standards.
- A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.
