Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants based in Perth to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis to join their Bookkeeping Services team. Reporting into the Senior Manager, the Bookkeeper will manage their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for meeting deadlines whilst using a variety of finance packages.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping to trial balance stage for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Processing sales and purchase invoices on a weekly basis.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Daily use of Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks - full training provided!
