Role Overview

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Continuous Improvement (CI) team by gathering data, undertaking administrative tasks, and assisting in process and quality improvement initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of sustainable change, contributing to the delivery of LEAN and Six Sigma practices, and driving efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Support Problem-Solving: Assist in facilitating problem-solving sessions and help develop actionable solutions.
  • Process Standardization: Develop standard operating procedures and improve existing workflows by implementing innovative techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify small changes in IT systems and business processes that improve performance.
  • Lean & Six Sigma: Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide strong administrative support by documenting and standardizing processes across departments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Some understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in the energy or renewable industry (desirable).
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in working with data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

We are looking for someone that has a full UK drivers licence ideally, as you might support the field managers occasionally.
