With over 14 years of industry experience, they specialise in new builds, large developments, extensions, conversions, renovations, and major refurbishments, and pride themselves on high-quality work and strong industry relationships.

The Sales Director will be instrumental in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies, building and leading sales teams, and fostering relationships with key industry professionals. This role is crucial for increasing the company turnover and enhancing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
  • Research market trends, identify potential clients, and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, project developers, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, providing strategic recommendations.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Previous Sales Director role in a construction company with an annual turnover of £10 million+.
  • Proven experience in building and leading sales teams to increase company turnover.
  • Strong understanding of key sales metrics and performance measurement.
  • 5-10 years' experience in the construction industry, specifically within the London market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • MBA or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
