Joint Early Years Team Leader
Timetable: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: up to £35,000.00 (dependent on qualification and previous experience)
Our client, an independent school in Hampstead, are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and passionate Early Years Team Leader to work with their rising 2 year old class.

Candidates must:
- Have proof of an accredited Early Years qualification
- Have extensive experience of working within Early Years
- Have a good understanding of, and be able to comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (EYFS)
Responsibilities, alongside the existing Team Leader, include:
- Day-to-day responsibility of the class
- To plan rich, creative, engaging and stimulating activities that meet the age and stage of development of the children, and encourage them to reach their full potential.
- To plan and prepare activities and evaluate their planning and practice through use of the EYFS curriculum.
- To supervise and lead activities, planning for key children from observations, next steps, magic moments and parental input.
- To complete observations and online learning journals to a high standard, ensuring that they are up to date
- To complete Two Year Progress Checks to a high standard, including meeting with parents, as requested, to discuss the checks.
- To be able to identify children who may need extra support or an extension of their learning.
