As a Order processor you will be responsible for the allocation and processing of all incoming enquires and orders on the companies CRM
Duties will cover :
Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately within specified timescales
Ensuring all orders are checked to ensure they are correct to quote and configured correctly
Monitoring the progress of all orders and highlighting any issues
Resolving any order/invoicing queries
Producing reports and updating KPI's
Communicate effectively with all internal departments
Experience required:
Microsoft experience (Excel & Outlook)
Customer Service Experience
Sales Administration
Good time management and workload organisation
Good Listening Skills
Hours of work: rotating 0800 - 1600 and 0900 - 1700
