Junior and Senior Sales Representatives

Salary Range: £25,000 - £40,000+ (OTE)

The office space of our client is based in the heart of Bath, about a 10 minute walk from Bath Spa station. The team work to a hybrid dynamic, where you will only be expected in the office two days per week (the rest is remote).
This role is perfect for someone who has either previously worked to a commission scheme (and loves the reward), or someone who is driven enough to step into the challenge of seeing just how much you can earn each month! Not only are the commission schemes completely achievable, but they are uncapped, meaning the sky is the limit with your earning potentials which are paid monthly in-line with your base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate and qualify leads, using various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
- Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to prospects to generate interest and set up appointments for the sales team
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive messages
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
