Marketing Manager - £60K+Bonus - Hybrid - Oxford - Hospitality Industry

I have partnered with a leading Hospitality business that have award-winning sites across Oxford and wider areas in the UK. They consist of multiple premium pubs that provide a unique experience to all customers with aesthetic views and high-end food and drink.
This is a crucial role for the business to drive the business forward to showcase the passion for food and people. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and take full ownership of all marketing activities - hands on with website management to brand management and email marketing.
You will be reporting to the CEO, and work with a team across the whole business. You will also be managing 1 assistant, so we are looking for someone with a lot of energy and passion to develop the skillset of others!
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full business brand - strengthening the tone of voice across all marketing channels
- Work the wider team to develop quarterly events for the brands in the portfolio
- Utilise the CRM system to increase loyalty of customers
- Report and analysis on all data for each pub to enhance the guest journey
Skills & Experience
- Experience within the Hospitality industry - pubs/restaurants/hotels with an F&B element
- Full 360, hands on experience in all marketing activities - digital, print, CRM, loyalty - grow engagement and visits from customers.
- Excellent digital marketing experience - strong understanding of SEO and PPC
- To be successful in the team, they are looking for great energy and enthusiasm, think outside the box character.
This role is mainly office based - with 1 day at home/2 days at the sites and 2 in office!
