Sales Ledger Administrator, £28,000, Ripon
Are you a whizz on Excel? Do you enjoy manipulating data using Pivot Tables and V Look ups? Do you have sales ledger experience?
If so, we have the ideal role for you.
Our Ripon based client are looking to appoint someone who can manipulate excel data to analyse the number of products they are supplying to their customer projects in order to raise accurate and timely sales invoices.
Key Duties:
- Extracting Information from excel spreadsheets.
- Analysing data
- Raising invoices
- Allocating cash against invoices
- Process bank receipts to the relevant ledger
- Monitor sales ledger debts and applications
- Credit Control
- Weekly application summary reconciliation
- Assisting with payroll
Skills Required
- Advanced Excel
- Sales ledger/Credit control experience
- Experience within the construction industrial would be beneficial
- Attention to details
- Self-motivated
