This role would suit an experienced EA / PA looking for an interesting, varied, and flexible part-time role. You will be responsible for providing PA and Administration support to the CEO and Head of Finance of this Not-For-Profit organisation.
Hours of work **16-20 hours per week (**this can be full days, school hours, mornings or afternoons) Hybrid working.
Salary is up to £30,000 pro rata. Benefits include - 25 days holiday pro rata, Pension Scheme, Private Health Insurance, Discounted Public Transport, and more.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Diary management including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel
- Managing room bookings, refreshments and travel arrangements
- Planning and scheduling the Boards annual calendar of meetings
- Attending monthly Board meetings, taking minutes, collating and distributing
- Acting as the point of contact for the CEO and Board members
ABOUT YOU
- Previous Executive Assistant / PA experience is essential
- Flexible to attend one full day per month for Board meetings with lots of notice
- Experience in minute-taking and collating board packs
- IT savvy especially MS Office
