Responsibility for the role:
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment within the classroom, managing Beauvoir effectively and fairly.
- Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, quizzes, and homework, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Lesson Planning and learning activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, following safeguarding policies and procedures to protect children from harm.
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to teaching, willing to take on different roles and responsibilities as needed by the school.
As a successful Teacher will need to:
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) with a PGCE, GTP, Bachelor of Education (BAEd.), QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get a new one)
- Relevant experience with children in the UK with 2 professional references
- Eligibility to work in the UK (this is Essential)
