Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to join a respectable Wealth Management Company.

They are looking to hire for the long-term, so have an excellent benefits package, treat their staff well.

They are actively seeking a Financial Advisor to join the current team of five advisor's supporting the growth. Their financial advisers want to help their clients create a plan that's right for them. So the very first conversation will simply be listening to the clients circumstances, plans and aspirations. Following on from that the second meeting will be more detailed and understanding what the client has already in place.

My client specialises in Pensions, Retirement Planning, Tax, Real Estate to name a few areas.

Skills and experience required:

  • 3 years plus Financial Advisor experience
  • CAS status
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices
  • Proven track record of on boarding new clients
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
