Our client based in Hull is looking for a Call Centre Supervisor for support on a 3-week contract basis.
You will be responsible for managing a small team, supporting with their day-to-day market research, targets and support.
Depending on workload you may be required to be involved in the project work on the phone.
You must have great customer service experience, able to support and lead a team, be positive and lead by example.
The role requires someone immediately available to start a new role who can commit to the 3-week assignment.
