Junior Web Designer - Hertfordshire
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

An opportunity has arisen for aJunior Web Designer to join a well-established digital marketing firm. In this role you will analyse websites to fully understand the client's business and objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Report on performance to clients and management.
- Recommend website upgrades and SEO improvements.
- Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Organise tasks effectively and maintain records.
- Support various client accounts while collaborating with expert team of designers, advertisers and marketers.
What we are looking for:
- Up-to-date knowledge of website coding practices, maintenance and development.
- Background in optimising images to improve website performance.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Understanding of domain setups and hosting platforms.
- Able to update and work with both HTML and WordPress websites
- Skilled in assessing websites, identifying issues, and implementing fixes.
