Title: ECU Service Lead needed in Leicester
My client is seeking an experienced EUC (End User Computing) professional to join their team as the new ECU Service Lead. This exciting opportunity offers a contract position located in Leicestershire, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing Windows 10 BAU support
- Providing leadership for the delivery of Win11 project implementation
- Ensuring service standards are met through effective management of incidents and requests
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications such as ITIL v3 Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
Skills Required:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have expert knowledge and proven experience with End User Computing tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite products like Outlook email clients etc., SCCM configuration manager expertise preferred; strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent problem-solving skills will also come handy along with good communication & interpersonal skillset that enables collaboration across teams within diverse environments at all levels while maintaining focus on delivering customer value consistently over time - critical attributes required by our organization!
Rate:
£300 per day Inside IR35
5 Month Contract
Hybrid - 3 days a week on site
