Compliance Administrator
Location: Peterborough, United Kingdom
Type: Full-time,Temporary (Office-based)
Salary: 12:50 per hour
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working considered after training/probation)
Temp role to start with view to go perm or extend the temp contract.
Responsibilities:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: The Compliance Administrator will play a crucial role in preventing financial crimes by detecting and deterring illicit money flows.
- Regulatory Knowledge and Legal Acumen: Stay informed about current and upcoming laws and regulations related to compliance. Translate complex legal information into actionable policies for the organization.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Identify and assess risks, design control systems, and evaluate implications of compliance issues. Conduct thorough investigations and audits.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in all aspects of the organization's operations to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Finance).
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in various software tools (e.g., compliance management systems, data analytics software).
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes and procedures.
