Description:
Provide skilled nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment to ensure individualised and effective care is practiced. Contribute to the continuity of good team spirit and high standards of nursing care. Act as a resource within the speciality of care for the elderly and rheumatology within the specialist division. Empower junior staff to develop the highest possible level of clinical skills and facilitate communication within all care groups. Utilize the ward's resources to promote excellence in practice and address quality issues relevant to service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a General Nurse.
- Competent in providing high-quality care to patients.
- Experience in taking charge of a ward.
- Orthopaedic & Rheumatology experience.
- Experience in elderly care and rehabilitation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
