£40,000 per annum PAYE

About the Role:

As an EMEA Benefits Administrator , you will be responsible for administering all statutory and non-statutory employee benefits programmes/activities for the assigned country or countries. Working under the supervision of the Benefits Manager, you will ensure the smooth administration of benefits for colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering employee enquiries related to benefits.
  • Validating monthly payroll data for benefits.
  • Handling day-to-day benefits administration activities, including sending required data to vendors, analysing incoming data, and undertaking periodic reconciliations of data held by providers.
  • Processing invoices for benefits vendors.
  • Administering Medical, Life Insurance, Pension, and various other country-specific statutory and non-statutory benefits.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with the Finance team for payments, reconciliation, and other necessary activities.
  • Assisting with annual enrolment activities.
  • Preparing various reports and handling ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Pensions and/or Benefits administration.
  • A customer service mindset.
  • Strong ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with employees, management, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure all documents and processes are error-free and meet quality standards.
  • Effective prioritisation skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactive in following up on tasks and ensuring all details are addressed.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external vendors clearly and professionally.
