You will be working 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, 8.5 hour shifts / 8hr shifts dependant on rota, 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
- Actively and enthusiastically engage with our customers, recognising the value of their feedback in shaping our services and reporting it on their behalf.
- Act as a central point of contact for customers at the information desk; playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Recording and monitoring lost property, facilitating return to customers where possible.
- Facilitate free loan of mobility equipment within the accessibility centre, cleaning, and monitoring equipment for safe use.
- Ensuring all equipment and environments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, reflecting our commitment to our customers.
- Follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures and promptly report any incidents or accidents, ensuring the well-being of everyone in our workplace.
- Carry out functions required within the site emergency management plan (full training provided).
- First Aid Responder (Training will be provided).
About You:
- You will have a passion and interest in working within the retail/customer
service industry although full training will be provided for the right person.
- Have a fun and energetic nature and a can-do attitude.
- You'll be reliable, relatable, and authentic.
- Applicants must agree to a mandatory DBS check if requested.
